Current availability

Having gone through a recent period of change with a number of existing tenants moving up in size to larger industrial units, we are pleased to have secured new tenants for the smaller industrial units left vacant. We presently have one office available to rent. This will accommodate approximately 8 – 12 people and has ample car parking in front of the building.
