Brand new day
“When I left school I knew I wanted to gain a skill and start earning my own money straight away. Hairdressing was my passion and therefore an obvious career path. I found an apprenticeship with a local salon group that provided outstanding training and it was there I progressed to a being a stylist. Wanting more freedom, I decided to go mobile and loved being my own boss. A few years later a salon opened up on the business park and I joined as a part time stylist. It was really nice to get back in the salon environment. I hadn’t realised how much I’d missed it. When the owner approached me with the opportunity to buy the business, I jumped at the chance. The experience I’d gained gave me the confidence to create a hair and beauty salon that anyone could enjoy.”
We are family
“My parents have been in business in Stokesley for a number of years and when my Mum suggested going into business together I was over the moon. As my business partner, Jayne keeps things on track and I’ve learnt so much from her. But I knew I needed more than just good financial planning to make this work. So I enlisted the help of some of my old colleagues.”

With a little help from my friends
“The vision for the salon was created together with expert stylists Robbie and Michele. We’d worked together previously and just gelled. Sharing a similar approach to customer care is key. Each of us have a flare for an individual skill. As work colleagues we get on really well and respect each other. A good, strong team that support each other is important in a busy hair and beauty salon. I knew once I had Robbie and Michele on board that we’d have just that.”

Robbie – Seminar speaker & colour expert. Specialising in precision cutting and short hair.
Michele – The ?? queen of the bob. Especially with a wave. L’Oreal expert.
Sarah – You want a vibrant colour, Sarah is your girl. Trained with colour boss Sophia Hilton
Victoria – Long hair & extensions specialist. You want the Rapunzel vibe? Look no further.
Kellie – All round beauty expert but is happiest when doing nails or eyebrows.

“Everyone in the salon has their own expertise but we’re just nice, normal people who enjoy what we do. With passion, integrity and professionalism. You’ll receive a very warm welcome here as we strive to make our salon comfortable and inviting. So, please, do not worry if you’ve never been here before. Convenient parking
“Because we don’t have the large shop window that you tend to see on a high street salon, we’re sometimes missed. Despite that, it’s great being here on the business park. The abundance of free parking is a real benefit. It’s convenient, just a short walk into Stokesley. Many of our customers also use First Steps Day Care Nursery and Stokesley leisure centre which is nearby. There’s so many other businesses here that you can achieve so much in one visit.”

“New clients can get a cut and blow dry for just £25. For all new beauty clients, on your first visit receive £5 off your first beauty treatment. You can book online, message our social platforms or give us a call.”

Opening hours are Mon 9.30am – 5pm, Tues 9.30 – 6pm, Weds 9.30-6pm, Thurs 10-7pm, Fri 9.30 – 6pm and Sat 8.30am – 4pm.
