A flavour-first, nature-first healthy food brand creating ingredients and recipes from first principles as nature intended. We believe that wholesome food should be accessible to all. Correspondingly, our products are ‘Free-From,’ suitable for diverse dietary needs and deliver the same exceptional taste and texture that food lovers crave. Our lineup includes brilliant, bake-your-own organic pizza and bread flour mixes that are packed with the rich, time-honoured taste of ancient grains, artisanal expertise, and zero artificial additives.”
So how did it all begin?
Something genuinely good
“Firstly, I’m a former chef with a passion for wholesome cuisine. Moreover, a keen but quietly spoken foodie. I’d reached a point in my career where I wanted to take a stand, and deliver something genuinely good. Good. That’s a simple ambition but as I’ve found on the journey so far, surprisingly difficult in practice!”
Need for change
“If you’re gluten intolerant or looking to reduce wheat consumption, honest foods are still rare. There are many compromised products available adding as many problems as they remove, and most are over-priced. However, we’re determined to challenge this status quo and reintroduce an honest philosophy to food.”
Delicious and affordable
“Consequently, we’ve created a healthy food product that is genuinely delicious, affordable and without all the usual additives. We pride ourselves as the heralds of ‘Ancient Grain Goodness,’ champions of ‘Gluten Freedom,’ committed to the essence of ‘Always Natural’ food.”

Convenient for travel
“I moved here to help care for my Mum and be closer to my kids, one of whom has moved to Manchester and the other Amsterdam. Flying from Teesside Airport makes it easy to pop over so it made sense to live close by. My friend Suzie was a previous tenant so I was aware of the Terry Dicken Business Park. Also, being literally down the road from Broughton makes it really handy.”
