From innovative startups to long‑standing stalwarts with big news. Every tenant featured this year has added something special to our community. So, grab a cuppa, settle in, and join us as we revisit the highlights…

Welcoming new friends

Each new business brought something different and we couldn’t be more pleased to have them with us:

Mimi’s Embroidery & Print – kicked the year off back in January with bespoke workwear, personalised gifts and creative print services for the park.

Hub Industrial Solutions – introduced specialised rust‑inhibitor products for distribution across the UK and Europe, adding industrial strength to the park’s diversity.

Roseberry Pet Crematorium – also joined in March, offering compassionate, end‑of‑life services for pets across Teesside and North Yorkshire.

Yorkshire Dairy Services – stepped into the spotlight in spring as a trusted team of dairy engineers supporting farms across Yorkshire and Durham.

Ellen Robins Counselling – arrived in July, providing professional and compassionate counselling services to support wellbeing in our community.

Wasley Chapman & Co – joined the park following a merger with Roseworth Accountancy, and brought long‑standing financial expertise to the community.

Vicky Anderson Business Services – opened their new office here in November offering professional accounting support for businesses of all sizes.

Catching up with familiar faces

Meanwhile, it was lovely to re‑connect with long‑standing tenants who continued to grow, evolve and keep the park thriving:

Clevedale Veterinary Practice – showcased their professional animal care and cost-effective preventative healthcare options.

Direct Business Supplies – featured again in April, continuing to serve fellow tenants with office essentials and printing solutions.

Woodrose Shepherd Huts – showcased in June for their bespoke shepherd huts for holiday lets, garden rooms and home offices.

Terry Dicken Home Improvements – welcomed new face Adam and shared decades of experience fitting windows, doors and kitchens across our region.

Luke Wilkinson Joinery – featured their bespoke interior and exterior joinery in September, a fine example of skilled craftsmanship in the park.

Bella Bambini – introduced us to the beautiful world of baby and children’s fashion with their newly opened children’s boutique.

Communities, collaborations & the ‘unusual’

Beyond the day‑to‑day, 2025 reminded us what truly makes Terry Dicken special: the people. From counselling to dairy engineering, from creative gifts to dependable joinery. The variety of services under our roof showed how many needs can be met by neighbours.
That flexibility and open‑mindedness continues to be part of our ethos, and 2025 has shown it works.

What it all means

Looking back, 2025 was more than just a list of tenants: it was evidence of community, diversity and opportunity.
Firstly, we welcomed businesses spanning creative crafts, home‑improvement, professional services, agriculture support, pet care and much more.
Then we reconnected with familiar tenants whose stories evolved or flourished further.
Finally, we reinforced what has always set us apart. Our flexibility, a real sense of community, and a willingness to support businesses of every shape and size.

Looking ahead to 2026

As we wrap up 2025, we’re excited about what’s to come. Whether you’re an established business thinking of a new space, or a fresh idea just starting out there’s room for you here. With supportive landlords, flexible space and a community that encourages collaboration, we believe the next year will bring even more stories worth sharing.
