When we met before, space was at a premium. Cars were squeezed in wherever they’d fit. Fast forward to today, and things look very different.
Room to grow
Kev saw the signs early. Demand was up, stock was moving fast, and space was running out. “Within two or three months on the Terry Dicken Business Park, we’d exceeded expectations,” he said. “I just couldn’t fit any more cars in!”
The answer? A move to bigger and better premises right here on the Terry Dicken Business Park.
A fresh start
Step through the door and you’ll instantly feel the difference. Customers are welcomed into a professional new environment. Complete with a bright reception, separate office, and, most importantly, a comfortable seating area to relax and think things over.
No pressure. No rush. Just time to ponder your next vehicle over a proper cuppa.
The old office has been transformed into a kitchen, leading through to a modern showroom. Out back, a new valeting area keeps every vehicle looking its best. And outside? A spacious car pitch, visible from the roadside and ready to grow.
Where they once squeezed in 20 cars, Kev can now display up to 60. That’s triple the space and triple the opportunity.
Shifting up a gear
It’s not just about more cars – it’s about offering the right cars for every budget. Therefore Cleveland Vehicle Sales now stocks vehicles for every budget, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
“People want quality,” Kev explained, “and we’re committed to offering that across the full range.
Customers can expect everything from budget-friendly runarounds to high-spec SUVs. Plus, an EV charging point is on the way, keeping things future-ready. So look out for the electric vehicles arriving on the forecourt very soon.
Park life
Was the move a good decision?
“Absolutely!” Kev says with a grin. “Mark’s fantastic, Sue’s brilliant – they can’t do enough for you. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.”
Being based on the Terry Dicken Business Park also means easy access to other local businesses, like Martin & Sons and Platinum Motors for instance. Obviously, a real bonus when you’re in the motor trade.
