Bella Bambini Boutique
This week’s Feature Friday takes us into the beautiful world of baby and children’s fashion, as we visit Bella Bambini Boutique. A family-run business bringing a touch of Spanish style and timeless tradition to Stokesley.
Bella Bambini retails baby and children’s clothing and accessories from newborn to eight years, offering an extensive range from some of the biggest names in traditional children’s wear, including Baby Ferr, Babidu, and Sardon.
Originally based online, Bella Bambini joined the Terry Dicken Business Park to accommodate their growing stock.
Now, they’ve taken the exciting next step with the opening of their very own shop! We caught up with owner Amanda to find out more about her journey.
Where it all began
“It all started 10 years ago when my kids were younger,” Amanda explained. “At home, I used to buy this style of clothing online. I just really liked it and soon realised that not many boutiques in the UK offered it. The majority of the clothing came from Spain, so I started travelling there, visiting shows, and making appointments to source the stock myself.”
That passion for traditional, high-quality babywear quickly grew into a thriving business – and Amanda hasn’t looked back since!
Children’s clothing and accessories
Bella Bambini specialises in traditional and Spanish baby and children’s clothing and accessories. From pretty party dresses to beautifully made knitwear, the boutique offers something for every special occasion – or just to make everyday moments that little bit more stylish.
“What stands out to me is the quality,” said Amanda. “Many of the products are very traditional, with bows and frills. Lovely girly pieces that make perfect gifts. A lot of our customers are new mums, and we sell items for newborns right up to age eight.”
From home to here
“Originally, the business was just online,” Amanda said. “I was working from home but eventually needed more space for stock, so we moved to the park. As the online business expanded, I had the idea to open a little shop here too. We really like the area – the landlords are helpful and very accommodating – so it was an easy decision.”
The new shop officially opened on 18th October, with their neighbours Mimi’s Embroidery even creating the team uniforms!
Take a look inside
Bella Bambini Boutique curates a stunning selection of Spanish children’s clothing brands, each celebrated for craftsmanship, comfort, and timeless style. From the elegant, occasion-ready designs of Ceyber and Juliana, to the classic everyday charm of Sardon and Calamaro. Every piece combines traditional tailoring with modern practicality. Babidu brings premium softness with its 100% cotton babywear – perfect for delicate newborn skin. While Rapife offers durable, comfortable essentials made for play. Together, these brands capture the essence of Spanish design: quality fabrics, thoughtful details, and enduring style for little ones.
You’ll find everything from shoes, coats, and socks to party outfits and everyday essentials, with all ages, styles, and occasions covered.
A true family business
“We’re a small family team,” Amanda said. “My sister Terri works with me, and now that the shop is open, my daughters Nicole and Sophie have Saturday jobs here too. It’s lovely to have them involved. Pop in and say hi!”
