As the year draws to a close, we’re wrapping things up with a special Feature Friday recap. Summing up the standout moments and stories you might have missed.

Meet our newcomers
This year we welcomed a diverse range of new tenants. Specifically, organisations involved in vehicle sales, care training services, and lost pet rescue.
Sniff & Found – is a free lost pet app for pet lovers. Allowing users to search, share, connect & reunite. No additional equipment, tags on the animal, or in-app purchases needed. Sniff & Found’s prime objective: To find lost pets.
Cherry Training source & provide bespoke care training, nationwide. They specialise in delivering complex health and social care training within your home or your workplace.
Cleveland Vehicle Sales – Cleveland Vehicle Sales are a specialist used car and van dealer. Stocking a range of quality used cars and vans to suit all budgets and lifestyles.
Celebrations and innovations
On the Terry Dicken Business Park in 2024, many longstanding tenants also shared exciting updates. From launching new products and exploring fresh markets to celebrating milestone anniversaries. With that in mind, let’s revisit some of their inspiring stories.
Terry Dicken, Cleveland’s longest established home improvements company offer windows, fitted kitchens, conservatories, bedrooms, doors, garage doors and more! In 2024 they unveiled their new kitchen showroom.
Catch Designs is a small design and marketing consultancy generally providing social media training strategy and support. Alongside content writing and marketing consultancy services. During this year they turned 18!
A19 is a family-run building maintenance company. This year they expanded their DOFF cleaning service including roof cleaning, render cleaning and block driveway cleaning to domestic properties.
Crumble & Slice make and deliver afternoon tea boxes, corporate lunch boxes, grazing platters and a range of brownies. Including their award winning, branded salted caramel brownies. In 2024 they launched their new grazing station.
Stonewall Leisure are leisure vehicle parts and conversion specialists. Alongside offering parts, accessories, and repair services they also manufacture DIY furniture kits for customers converting their own vehicles.
Milestones and manoeuvres
Successful businesses often begin with a clear vision and a strategic plan to bring it to life. Sometimes, achieving that vision requires a shift in leadership or ownership. Therefore, this year two female entrepreneurs have stepped up to take the reins, driving their businesses forward in 2024. Let’s meet them!
Dustin Cleaning offer expert cleaning services for homes and commercial workspaces in Stokesley and surrounding areas. At first operating as a partnership, this year Nicola took over complete ownership and introduced Service Co-ordinator, Samantha.
Hunters Raw supply a wide range of raw dog food and a selection of natural treats and supplements. 2024 has been a transitional year for owner, Lucy. Earlier this year she took over sole ownership, whilst celebrating their 5th year in business.
Our spotlight moment
We couldn’t wrap up this post without revisiting one of the year’s standout moments—our exclusive August interview with British Cycling’s Olympic silver medalist, Charlie Tanfield. He shared how Fibre-Lyte, one of our longstanding tenants, played a pivotal role in his success at the 2024 Olympics.
Fibre-Lyte produce custom carbon fibre parts for radio control models, bicycles, motorbikes and motorsports. John and Steve at Fibre-Lyte work closely with British Cycling to design and test the best products.
Greener, safer, and smarter
At Terry Dicken Business Park, sustainability and security are key to a thriving business environment. Consequently, over the past year, we’ve introduced eco-friendly features and advanced security systems to create a greener, safer, and more efficient workspace. Lastly, let’s take a look at those upgrades.
Terry Dicken Business Park is home to over 100 businesses. Offering purpose built offices, industrial units and storage space of various sizes to rent. This year, we’ve made significant improvements to enhance the experience for our tenants and visitors.
