Who could resist a headline like that?
Many of you will know me as Vicki, the author of the Terry Dicken Business Park blog. I also work at Wireless Economics and on March 30th, we’re hosting a ‘Tea for Endo’ for all Terry Dicken Business Park tenants.
In case you’re not aware, endometriosis is a chronic condition that affects 1 in 10 women. It occurs when excess tissue grows inside the body and attaches to organs, this often leads to debilitating pain alongside bladder and bowel dysfunctions.
It’s likely that some of the people you know, and work with, are living with endometriosis. Even if they’ve never heard of it.
Many people face challenges in the workplace due to lack of knowledge or misunderstanding of endometriosis and other menstrual health conditions.
So to help raise awareness of this condition Wireless Economics are hosting a ‘Tea for Endo’ event on
Thursday 30th March at the Terry Dicken Business Park rental office between 12-2pm.
All tenants are invited to pop along for a cuppa, learn more about endometriosis, the ways it can affect people and how you might better support someone with endometriosis in your workplace.
There will be the opportunity to buy cakes and savoury treats, with all proceeds going to Endometriosis UK.
So please join us;
